Grass-fed beef - stew cubes

Grass-fed beef (chuck) that's been cut into cubes and vacuum packed. Ready to defrost and be used immediately for anything you need cubed beef for. Especially great for stews and soups cooked "low and slow" to tenderize this delicious cut. The chuck roll we use comes from New Zealand's Silver Fern Farms (prime steer grade), which are 100% grass-fed and finished. We don't add any fat from the organs or other parts of the cow.
