Upgrade a classic with these meatballs made with 100% grass-fed wagyu from First Light Farms in New Zealand. Great in sauces, with pasta, or lots of other ways. The flavor of First Light's 100% grass-fed wagyu is truly exceptional, so we have deliberately seasoned these meatballs with only a touch of salt, pepper, and oregano to let the beefy flavor be the highlight. The meatballs are raw - Cooking suggestions Simply pan-fry for 5-7 minutes on low - medium heat or place in a 180°C oven for 10 minutes until a golden-brown crust forms.
