Cooked sous-vide in our own kitchen. The perfect solution for easy tasty protein at home. Zesty lemon meets a little kick of spice from black pepper, along with other tasty herbs. Great to have on hand for easy, delicious protein. Pair with one of our heat & eat side dishes (like potato mash or fries), or one of our salad mixes for an easy meal. Heating direction Defrost overnight in the fridge. If you’re in a rush place in a bowl of water and change the water every 20 minutes. Microwave: Tear open the corner of the bag and place it in the microwave. Heat on medium for about 1-2 minutes Pan fry: Remove the chicken breast from the packet and place it on the (cold) pan. Heat up the pan on low-medium and frequently flip the chicken breast until heated through. About 4 - 5 minutes depending on your heat. Bain Marie: Fill a pot with enough water and bring it to a boil and turn off the heat. Place the chicken breast (in the packet) in the pot of hot water for about 5 minutes. Oven: Preheat the oven to 160c. Remove the chicken breast from the packet and place it on an oven-safe tray or dish and place it in the oven for about 5 minutes. Ingredients: Free Range Chicken Breast, Garlic, Onion, Chilli flake, Fleur de sel salt, Black pepper, Oregano, Rosemary, Thyme, Olive oil, Lemon, Parsley, Grass fed Butter.
