Organic Lime

Organic limes freshly picked from Jacques Cavin's Uraiwan farm in Chiang Mai (aka Sunny Days Organic), where he uses his own organic fertilizer to increase the biomatter in his soil. A great zing for a Mexican or Thai dish! Give it a try with many options from our Paleo Kitchen ready-to-eat dishes like Chili con Carne, Chipotle Pulled Beef Brisket, and Pulled Pork Carnitas! Limes will last 3-4 weeks in a fridge in the paper bag. Keep them away from ethylene producing fruits like bananas, apples, and tomatoes. ~10 organic limes per 500g pack.
