Yakisoba is one of the most popular and everyone's favorite noodles! The noodles are long and thin, similar to Chinese-style noodles, with a satisfyingly chewy texture. Family-owned Hakubaku is the leading supplier of organic noodles in Japan and is known for exceptional quality, insisting on organic production to honor the true taste and quality of traditional noodle production. In the late 1980s - after searching for years for the right location - Hakubaku moved production to Victoria in southern Australia due to the very high quality of organic wheat that grows there...which makes the best noodles! Now they employ hundreds in the small town of Ballarat and send their noodles all over the world. Cooking instructions: Cook organic yakisoba in rapid boiling water for 4 minutes (salt or oil is not needed), then drain. Hint: to reheat, briefly submerge in hot water.
