Pistachio Butter with extra virgin olive oil & sea salt

Home made pistachio nut butter in our great value 210ml glass jars! Only available at Paleo Robbie. Our chefs took raw whole pistachios (without the shell of course) and toasted them evenly in our ovens at a low temperature before slowly grinding them for 4 hours in our gigantic steel blender. 100% pistachios (non-GMO, pesticide-free) and a touch of Himalayan rock salt and extra virgin olive oil are added for flavor. We do not cut our nut butters with cheaper nuts or oils. Nut butters make a great snack - they can be eaten plain with a teaspoon or used as a decadent topping or spread, smoothie additive, or lots of other uses. Pistachio butter is particularly nice on salads as well. Pistachio butter is incredibly rich and the unique flavor makes it (in our view) the best nut butter you can buy.
