Ingredients Tomatillo, white onion, cilantro, serrano chile, sea salt. About the producer: La Fundidora was founded in Brooklyn by two Mexico City natives that missed the authentic flavors of home. They were disappointed by mass-produced, watered down salsas that lost the true essence of salsa, one of the world’s best condiments! At first they were making batches at home for friends and family until local restaurants encouraged them to start selling it to them - and La Fundidora was born. They’ve moved production to Mexico but they still produce their salsas & cooking sauces in small batches with super fresh ingredients and none of the preservatives, emulsifiers, seed oils, needless acidifiers, or ‘natural flavors’ you’ll find in the supermarket brands. In other words, these are the real deal - just want you’d find in a Mexican home. Not overly spicy like a hot sauce, rather, each has a unique flavor profile that brings out the best in the unique Mexican ingredients - almost all of which you cannot find in Thailand, either in raw ingredient or even in finished products.
