Stir Fry Veggie Mix

This one-pan veggie stir fry is delicious. You can serve it as a main course or a side with fluffy rice or grain of choice! Try with our organic single-origin rice from Hatch, or one of our own cauliflower rice. It's got the best combo of vegs, full of colors, ready for your favorite sauce! Cook from frozen. No need to defrost. Bake 180c for 15 minutes or stir fry. Add additional ingredients, oil, and seasoning. For Stir Fry : Heat up a pan and add oil, (Add meat of choice and cook until almost cook through) add the frozen vegetables and cook for 1 minute with lid on. Remove lid and cook for 1-2 minute more to allow exceed moisture to escape. Season and enjoy!
