This is a classic potato gnocchi by local producer Nonna's Gnocchi, which is an Italian-style dumpling that pairs with all kinds of sauces or other ingredients. Try it as the centerpiece of a meaty ragu or simply topped with cheese or chili flakes. Ingredients: Potatoes, wheat flour, eggs, pinch of salt Best way to cook: Place gnocchi directly in a hot pan from the freezer, no need to thaw. Put some butter of your choice on a pan and fry for 5- 10 minutes until toasted. Can be kept frozen for 6 months or more.
